Mikael Jørgensen
Group CEO
Mikael is the Group CEO of NoA. From riding mopeds and turning records back in his youth to co-founding and leading advertising agency &Co., Mikael has always been a people person. With a proven track record of creating strategies and creative solutions for major global brands, he has been at the helm of NoA since 2021. He’s also your go-to person if you want to learn how NoA can help your business grow.
Lars Kreken
Group CFO/Country CEO Norway
Lars is a CFO with a focus on technology-driven businesses, business development and growth. He has an extensive career as an advisor to Scandinavian and international companies, including several years as a partner with an Oslo based consultancy focusing on finance and strategy execution. In addition to his role as the group CFO, he also serves at the CEO of NoA Norway.
Hanne Bismo Mustad
Head of Operations
Hanne is NoA's Head of Operations and started her career as an account manager in advertising 20 years ago. Prior to joining NoA, she held the position as COO of the Norwegian lifestyle brand SWIMS for several years. Hanne is passionate about getting things done.
Gøril Rønning
Group CEO NoA Ignite
Gøril is the Group CEO of NoA Ignite, a diverse group of 400 creative and tech stars in the Nordics and Poland. She is a purpose driven leader who is committed to driving positive change, and enabling people and organizations to achieve more at the intersection of innovation, technology and humanity. With a strong passion for diversity and inclusion, she is committed through her leadership roles to be a positive force for driving the change towards a more equitable and sustainable planet. She champions values that prioritize both people, business and planet.
Benjamin Borch

Benjamin is the CEO of NoA Denmark and of NoA Connect, the leading marketing consultancy in Denmark. Benjamin has international experience on global clients within data, tech and media. He still works as an strategic advisor for clients and brands, who want to connect the funnel. Benjamin is passionate about breaking down barriers between brand, performance, tech, and data.
Jonathan Pettersson
Country CEO Sweden
Jonathan entered the industry as a web developer in the '90s and has spent his entire career within marketing, tech and innovation – both in Europe and in the US. Jonathan is the CEO of NoA Sweden as well as the lead for group-wide initiatives within AI.
Sidsel Nørgaard-Larsen
Head of Group Communications & PR
Sidsel is the Head of Group Communications & PR at NoA. Prior to joining the agency family, she spent more than a decade in the music industry, bridging the gaps between culture and business at Sony Music and TIDAL, while serving as a board member at a music venue. She holds a master’s degree in Management of Creative Business Processes from Copenhagen Business School and has attended an MBA program at the City University of New York – specializing in internet marketing, corporate advertising, and global business. She is passionate about managing strategically focused creativity in an international, fast-paced, and collaborative setting.
Miska Rajasuo

Miska is the CEO of NoA Finland and the award-winning creative agency Bob the Robot. With over 25 years of marketing experience, he is known as a strategist who has worked with Finland's biggest brands and emphasizes the importance of creativity in business success.
