• Fredrik Gyllenhammar Raaum

  Bachelor in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics. M.Sc. in Finance with Distinction from Cass Business School in London. Fredrik is an Investment Director at Norvestor Equity and is based in Stockholm. He is currently holds board positions in NoA, First Camp, Cegal and Sentech. Prior to joining Norvestor in 2013, Fredrik spent 4 years in investment banking primarily in London.

• Henning Vold

  MBA from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Officer from the Norwegian Army War Academy. Henning is a Partner and Investment Comitee member at Norvestor Advisory were he have been engaged since 2001. Currently on the board of Foxway, Position Green and Globeteam . Previous board positions include Kabal, Cegal, Apsis, eTRAVELi and Abax . Prior to joining Norvestor, Henning spent 12 years as an officer in the Norwegian army, five years at Cap Gemini / Gemini Consulting and was the CEO of the internet business incubator Modem Bad.

• Trond Riiber Knudsen

  M.Sc. in Structural Engineering, NTH. MBA, Harvard Business School. From 1992-2015 Trond worked in McKinsey & Company, serving as a partner and Global director since 2002. In 2015 he started his own investment company, TRK group, primarily focusing on disruptive Tech, Digital Services and Emerging Africa. He is also involved in several pro-bono engagements.

• Thomas Høgebøl

  Thomas is the Executive Chairman and the initial founder of NoA. Before this, he has held various management positions in digital, marketing, design and media on a national and international level. During his career, he has served as Executive Chairman for McCann Worldgroup in the Nordics and the Benelux. Do not hesitate to contact Thomas if you want to hear more about NoA.
