Petra Stenqvist appointed Managing Director of NoA Ignite Sweden
Petra Stenqvist has been appointed Managing Director of NoA Ignite Sweden, effective June 2, 2025. She is a renowned entrepreneur and digital leader who brings nearly 30 years of experience in design, tech, and customer experience. She will lead the team in delivering digital business and technology services that create sustainable impact, accelerate customer growth, and set new industry standards.
Petra is a commercially driven leader and founder with a standout track record in brand and digital transformation – always putting the customer experience at the heart of change. She is the founder of award-winning creative and digital agencies including Moonwalk, Syrup, and Pond, and has served as CXO at PwC’s Experience Center. Petra’s work is defined by her deep commitment to innovation and customer experience, and throughout the years she has played a pivotal role in building and scaling businesses.

In her new role, Petra will join the management teams of both NoA Ignite Group and NoA Sweden, contributing to deeper collaboration across teams and markets to deliver even greater value for clients. “Petra combines visionary leadership with the creativity and business acumen needed to turn business strategies into actionable roadmaps,” says Jonathan Pettersson, CEO of NoA Sweden.
