Pelle Josephson appointed CEO of NoA Sweden and NoA Elevate
Pelle Josephson has been appointed CEO of NoA Sweden and CEO of NoA Elevate, effective March 1, 2026.
He will continue as CEO of NoA Norway, dividing his time between Oslo and Stockholm to strengthen cross-market collaboration and accelerate NoA's integrated model.
Pelle Josephson succeeds Jonathan Pettersson as CEO of NoA Sweden on March 1, 2026. At the same time, he will take over responsibility for NoA Elevate from Henrik Berglind, who is leaving NoA after accepting a new career opportunity outside the group.
Strengthening collaboration between Sweden and Norway
In recent years, Pelle has led NoA’s Norwegian operations, serving as CEO of NoA Norway and CEO of NoA | Anorak. In his new roles, he will take on broader responsibility for strengthening collaboration between Sweden and Norway – and turn NoA’s collaboration model into even greater impact for clients.

The future of content production
As CEO of NoA Sweden, Pelle Josephson will strengthen the Swedish offering by bringing NoA | Åkestam Holst's world-class strategic creativity even closer to NoA Elevate's AI-driven and scalable content production and NoA Connect’s expertise in media buying and distribution.

Jonathan Pettersson takes on new role in Group Management
Jonathan Pettersson will continue within NoA and will assume the newly created role of Director of Strategic Development & AI. He will remain part of NoA’s Group Management, with a focus on business development and AI initiatives across the group.
"NoA is entering its next growth phase, and my task will be to lead the larger strategic initiatives. AI is one of the most important investments we’re making, and there are major benefits to having a group-wide agenda. At the same time, I will continue to stay close to our most important clients – ensuring we invest wisely and remain relevant," says Jonathan Pettersson.
