NoA acquires Deep, a Copenhagen-based Salesforce and MarTech consultancy, strengthening NoA Ignite – NoA’s digital consultancy partner – and its ability to design and engineer intelligent, connected customer experiences.

By combining Deep’s operational excellence in CRM and marketing automation with NoA Ignite’s digital product and experience capabilities, the group expands its ability to help ambitious companies turn data, AI and technology into sustainable growth – from acquisition to long-term retention.

Integrated from day one: added scale in Salesforce and automation

From day one, Deep will be fully integrated into NoA Ignite, bringing additional scale and specialist expertise in Salesforce and marketing automation to NoA’s broader creative, data and tech offering.

By bringing Deep into NoA Ignite, NoA strengthens its Salesforce and marketing automation capability and adds immediate scale in CRM execution and operations. The integrated team helps clients reduce complexity, activate first-party data across channels and deliver connected customer experiences that drive measurable growth and retention.
