Today, February 16, 2023, The North Alliance (NoA) announces Miska Rajasuo as new country manager of NoA Finland. The leading Nordic creative/tech player entered the Finnish market back in March 2022, when Bob the Robot and DK&A became the founding partners of NoA Finland. Merely two months later, the Finnish arm of Bluebird joined the NoA group. Now the management team - led by newly appointed Rajasuo - is well under way with turning its long-term growth ambitions into action as a collaborative collective.
The ambition for NoA Finland is to create a tightly knit family of top-ranking agencies, collaborating on a myriad of complex projects to create customer-driven growth for our clients. The collective of award-winning companies with different, yet complementary, skillsets delivers top-tier creative concepts underpinned by a solid tech foundation.
Mikael Jørgensen, group CEO of NoA, explains how NoA - across all markets - is run with a “bottom up” mentality, ensuring that the agency brands operate autonomously yet with common goals. The country manager therefore has to be an inspirational leader, ensuring outstanding work and exceptional results for clients, as well as a collaborative and forward-leaning culture. “Luckily, this person was not hard to find within our own ranks,” Mikael Jørgensen comments.
Miska Rajasuo, assumes the role as country manager of NoA Finland, while remaining in his current roleas CEO of the award-winning creative agency Bob the Robot. With over 20 years of marketing experience, Miska is known as an insightful strategist who has worked with Finland's biggest clients and brands. Miska is a passionate advocate of creativity as the most important success factor for companies.
"Miska has a winning personality and strong business acumen skills. He is well-liked for being outgoing, for his ability to foster a collaborative atmosphere filled with energy, as well as for his persistence in reaching set goals. He loves to see people prosper and he is especially driven by helping talent grow, which makes him the perfect candidate to build NoA’s position in the Finnish market,” Mikael Jørgensen comments.
Miska Rajasuo reflects on the appointment: “I am incredibly humbled by the opportunity to show the Finnish market the strength of NoA’s business model. While the world is becoming increasingly complex, NoA connects disconnected crafts and dissolves silos through collaboration. And always with the customer at heart. What sets NoA apart is how the collective of agencies truly is greater than the sum of its parts, which is why I am eager to embark on this journey together with the Finnish NoA management team”.
All agencies plan to move into a shared NoA Finland house, as in Norway, Denmark, and Sweden, and further acquisitions in the market are to be expected to further strengthen the Finnish offering and position as specialists in customer-driven growth.
