When Visions Connected and Viju merged, they needed a new identity to represent the essence and strengths of both companies. Based on insights, Bold helped develop a fresh new brand from scratch.
The brief was to create a new, strong brand that would unify employees and appeal to the target audience – all within a tight timeframe of only six weeks.
We started by gaining valuable insight through stakeholder interviews as well as visual and competitive audits. This concluded in a solid brand strategy, with the essence of the brand experience captured as: «Working together. Everywhere».
The new name, Kinly, helps weave human kindness with technology. It resonates well with not only the Kinly family, but the global target audience as well. The conceptual idea for the identity is "The field of collaboration". It is visualised through a strong and flexible graphic element that illuminates, invites in and highlights. This is paired with a distinct photo style using Kinly's own staff as models. We also created custom icons and graphic elements, to highlight and simplify the product experience.
The Kinly brand experience has been implemented widely and has managed to unify employees, create pride, and position the company clearly in the market. Kinly has managed to get closer to their customers and the new brand has without doubt contributed to the growth that Kinly now is experiencing.
