Meet some of us

After finishing my master’s degree in Austria, I wanted to work abroad and experience something new. Relocating to Poland and Making Waves was the best choice I could have made. I enjoy the international environment in NoA. It’s inspiring to collaborate with colleagues from different countries, and I also like working for our international clients. There are always interesting projects, new challenges and something to learn.

It’s an honor to go to work every day feeling both lucky, excited and proud: Lucky to work with so many talented, fun and nice people. Excited and proud to be part of a culture that is driven by close collaboration and a deep respect for one another. We are in it together and we help each other to challenge the ordinary and to do better every day. I believe that this culture is NoA’s most valuable asset and will carry us far.

I love the weirdness at Anorak, and the urge to stick out and be different. The collective support for weird new ideas. Not for the sake of being weird, but for trying to create a space where the rules can be re-defined depending on the idea. Honestly, advertising in general is often considered a hassle. And I agree, ads can feel generic and intrusive. Therefore, being able to break through the “noise” by creating work the audience can truly enjoy and relate to, is a big factor for me. And that is where Anorak is exceptionally good in my opinion. Anorak is good at being weird.
